ORDERS & RETURN POLICY

Please note that every MÁLA is handmade to order in London and requires up to 2-4 weeks to get to you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number that will activate within 24 hours. If you have not received an email, please contact hello@studiomala.com to check in with us about the status of your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

As MÁLA is a small independent business we do not accept returns and we are not liable for any damage, lost or stolen packages during shipping. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen please contact the carrier to file a claim.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

MÁLA is not responsible for any fees(tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping. This is the responsibility of the recipient.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please inquire if you are outside of our shipping zone and we can calculate a shipping fee for you.

These fees can vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
